Hundred coffee is one of the pioneers in the specialty coffee industry in Qatar and was established in February 2018 in Qatar Sports Club.
We grew to become the favorite place for coffee lovers of all age groups wanting to spend some quality time while sipping on the coffee we serve.
Today, we continue serving the best coffee in town and have built a deeper coffee relationship with the people of QATAR

Our coffees are seasonally sourced and delicately roasted to showcase the hard work and dedication of our producing partners. It’s a product of passion and consistency passed down from several generations. We want to honor that work by interfering as little as possible, roasting carefully to bring out diversity of flavors, aromatics, and acidities allowing each coffee to tell it’s own story and share it with as many people as possible. our aim is to source and roast some the best coffees available. By paying premium prices we enable coffee farmers to create sustainable business. It is one of our principles to treasure the value chain from crop to cup. All our coffees are scoring 86 points and more : they are fresh in season and roasted to perfection. As we have grown and changed over the years, we at roastery coffee found new ways to share flavour and connect communities across Qatar.
Pastry
Pastry is differentiated from bread by having a higher fat content, which contributes to a flaky or crumbly texture. A good pastry is light and airy and fatty, but firm enough to support the weight of the filling. When making a shortcrust pastry, care must be taken to blend the fat and flour thoroughly before adding any liquid. This ensures that the flour granules are adequately coated with fat and less likely to develop gluten
